This is the first elaboration "Ecological characteristic of the north-east european part of Russia, region 60 - 70º North, 50 - 60º East".
Here I defined the characteristic of mutually effects of ecological sphere elements. The basis of this work is five years of monitoring works in Komi Republic and Nenezkiy Region. There was defined actual significance of the typical physical composition of the atmospheric air, surface water stream and soil of the region; this definition was made in basis of elaborated system of typeing of natural objects. You will have possibility to regulate the anthropogenical load relatively of the natures environment composition within calculation of ecological secure interval of substance contain; to define quantitative exponents of geochemical unchanged environment changing as a result of facility activities; to do compensating action motivated on accounting; to calculate the real caused damage to environment.

  The condition of three environment forming components is considering here, based on five ears of monitoring works. The regularity of their changing in time and space are given here too. It's showed the mutually affect of ecological sphere elements composition. It's proposing here the criterions of objective rating of secure material composition gradation level. Also here is a method of definition of the virgin environment components material composition.

Here is data of averaged latitude composition of atmosphere (40 points of observation at 6 surveyed regions), it's defined the composition of the "clear air of the region" by 10 priority microadmixture.

Here was given the standardization scheme for low water course flow condition. Also was given averaged composition (155 points of observation at 6 regions of survey) by 18 priority factors of three substance soil composition.

Here was given the interval of natural substance contents founded in water flow s of the region.

Here was given the standardization scheme of soil of the region. Here is the average composition (206 points of observation at 6 regions of survey) by 18 priority factors of composition in four groups of substance. Here was given the interval of natural substance contents in soil of the region.
